She's trying to have you "chase" her. She kind of got that since you ended up having to text her first. Now she wants to ignore you, so you can message her again, or even call her! This girl is trying to play hard to get. It's up to you to decide if she is even worth all this trouble. Personally I'd say that trying to contact her once, was enough for her to reply to you.
