Will they get along or should i give her away?

I got a pregnant cat about a week ago and it seems to be off and on fighting between her and my 5 month old kitten... one minute they are eating next to each other and the next minute she is batting and hissing at him... and today she chased him into a corner and scratched him... will they eventually get along or should i get rid of her? My kitten hasnt really shown any aggression to her, just kitten curiousity... please help... any info, suggestions, advice, etc will be appreciated and i will choose best answer...
