A book title- its about love and reincarnation of soulmates.?

It starts in Aztec times when they are being conquered by the Spanish. The two characters meet and fall in love during the macre. The two lovers are reborn as different people but they seem to find each other everytime. There are a couple more characters involved as well that also reincarnate at the same times.
