How do you decide between grad school or working?

I am currently finishing my Bachelor's at Texas Tech University and I am trying to decide between going to graduate school at University of Houston or just working. My area of study is Marketing so I am trying to decide if my income potential will benefit significantly with a grad degree. I have been researching companies for some time now and I like Sherwin Williams, ResumeBear, and Hershey. Hiring is rough right now with unemployment at a 14 year high so do you think I should ride the recession out and knock out an MBA? Other good companies......?
