Hague suggests that Gaddafi will make a deal to go into exile, does this mean it'll never happen?

I can't in all honesty see where he could go to and be safe. If they had offered him this as a deal early on and unfroze some of his ets, then he may well have taken it and it would have saved a lot of lives. I think that things have now gone to far and it will end up with either Libya as a divided country or Gaddafi overthrown and killed.
