I stepped on a screw it was bleeding and it hurts?

I strongly suggest getting a tet shot. I had to get one when I was a kid and stepped on a rusty nail. Then I went and stepped on a nail 2 more times, but didn't need the tet shot those times because the first one was good enough for a while. I know it hurts. It hurts a lot. Each time it happens, it doesn't get better. I hope you are smarter than me and learn to look before you step.
