Some names have two capitals?

Different regions of the world have different rules than we do. That is where these names come from. Ok, McDonald's I'm not sure about, but DiCaprio is Italian or something....Italian names, Irish names, etc, do that. I can't give you a logistical reason as to why some languages do that, though....
