Poem Help, Liz Lochhead "Storyteller"-??

After performing her daily duties she basically motivates the workers by telling them stories. The next day when they work they'll be thinking of the stories and will be eagerly waiting for night to come so that they can listen to her stories. She treats storeytelling as a second job, after finishing her chores.
