I'd say 7.5. Now is the time to sell high on Penny and Maine and get some more reliable options at SP. Ignore the comment about your RP's. You have guys that are overall durable and will get you more than your share of saves. Once he heats up a bit, move Delgado into 1B, Sheff to OF, and you might think about doing it soon and selling off Rios too. You will still have plenty of speed, and just think - a package of Maine and Rios could probably get you just about any SP you want, except perhaps Santana. Then you trade Penny for someone that doesn't collapse annually starting around July 1. You can also add a decent SP off of the waiver wire who will give you plenty. Make sure to look at split stats and see who usually starts cold and then goes well the rest of the way.
