Found a maggot in my chocolate?!?

ok, so i had those little hershey's milk chocolate bars (small ones) that my parents handed out on halloween, so i decided to have two little ones as a treat. ate ate one of them, then when I opened the second one this really really tiny maggot fell on to the counter! i already threw out the chocolate bar and squished the maggot, but what should I do?!? i feel so gross! could i like, get a really bad infection in my stomach if the other chocolate bars had maggots in them?
