How do I shoot lightning out of my hands, like in Starwars?

Ehm...I don't think anybody could ever shoot lightning out of their hands unless they were aliens which possibly exist. But if you are human, then you probably can't. I learned a little joke in school though that anybody can use the force if you aren't embarred. Just lick your hand and put it close to somebody, they will be pushed away! More like repelled actually.
