Why is the Media in India acting like the Judge and jury?

You hit the right question. This is something i am going nuts about. We need to file a petition against ndtv, cnn ibn and times now. These are major offenders who manipulate facts and figures to show their courtesy to congress. We need to drag these hooligans to court. We need to fight for democracy and equality where such trouble making media houses are shown the door.
