I am having a sweet 16, and i wanted my party to be at my grandparents house, because it is big, but i cant have it there. and i don't want it to be at a banquet hall or a restaurant, i want it to be at a house. and i was wondering where there would be a house that are specially rented out for parties, events, etc. in new castle county delaware
