My dream catcher isn't working! What can I do to it or myself to stop having this dream?

I have a small dream catcher hanging from the ceiling above my bed. It has worked for years, but lately I have had the same re-occuring dream (it's not really a nightmare, but it's weird and disturbing) and I wnat to have restful sleep from now on. I know I will have little dreams every now and then, but how can I make the same two dreams stop? Can I like, do a spell or blessing on the catcher or something? Or what because I am desperate to make the dream(s) stop.
