Help with 2000 honda prelude misfire, please!!?

i have the check engine light on (sometime is on, sometime is off, sometime is flashing), and it is misfire and random misfire. but it drives normal. i have been changed couple set of spark plug and wire but it still keep on. i checked the spark plug, it have been burn really hot. i checked the disturbutor cap, it is fine. is there any one can help me?
